I have played countless of rounds of blackjack. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at twenty-one. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.

I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a few years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You must comprehend that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Bet $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original $5 bet

Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the initial $10 wager

Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet

Bet 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $40 bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager

Wager $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of $160

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
