I have gambled on countless of hands of blackjack. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of money at 21. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to defeat the game.
I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is based on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar game.
Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80
Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet
Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
