I have enjoyed millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of money at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this method or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a few years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 bet

Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first $40 wager
Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
